Since its inception in 2012, the ASEAN Innovation Business Platform (AIBP) has served as an avenue for public and private enterprises across ASEAN to:

About the Enterprise Innovation Awards

The Enterprise Innovation Awards was established in 2017 by AIBP with the key objective of giving recognition to organisations who have embarked on projects to digitally transform their business through the adoption of innovative technology.

The awards are held annually in the following ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

There are no financial obligations for winning the award.

Recognising projects in Data and Artificial Intelligence-driven Digital Transformation.

Acknowledging all other types of Digital Transformation projects.

To ensure fairness to all finalists, the moderator will conclude the presentation when the presenter surpasses the allotted 12-minute time limit.

Judging Criteria & Process

Problem Statement & IdeaThe idea behind the nomination/project is clear, with innovative use of technology to address the problem statement.
Execution OutcomeThe project presented was well-executed, innovative and helped the organisation to reap benefits including cost-saving, operational efficiency and revenue generation.
Future Plans & PotentialThe nomination/project will be developed further as part of the overall innovation strategy.

How long is my presentation?

Each finalist is allocated up to 12 minutes, with a maximum of 18 slides. The moderator will conclude any presentation that exceeds the 12-minute limit to ensure fairness across finalists.

Can we have more than one presenter?

Yes — up to 2 presenters can present per finalist.

Can we use videos during the presentation?

Yes, videos can be played during the presentation, as long as the total runtime stays within the 12-minute time limit.

Are there any financial obligations for winning?

No. There are no financial obligations for winning the award.

How will winners be notified?

Award winners are notified on 25 June 2026, ahead of the country award presentation, following the review of written nominations and presentations by the final judging panel.
