Since its inception in 2012, the ASEAN Innovation Business Platform (AIBP) has served as an avenue for public and private enterprises across ASEAN to:
Information about innovative digital transformation journeys both from the region and internationally.
The level of innovation within their own organisations.
For innovative digital transformation journeys which serve as lighthouses for other enterprises to model after.
The Enterprise Innovation Awards was established in 2017 by AIBP with the key objective of giving recognition to organisations who have embarked on projects to digitally transform their business through the adoption of innovative technology.
The awards are held annually in the following ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
There are no financial obligations for winning the award.
2 Awards will be presented for Malaysia
Recognising projects in Data and Artificial Intelligence-driven Digital Transformation.
Acknowledging all other types of Digital Transformation projects.
Nominations will be screened by an independent panel of judges.
Finalists will deliver their showcase presentations either online or in person.
Award winners will be notified ahead of the Award Presentation, following the review of written nominations and presentations by the final judging panel.
Presented at the AIBP Malaysia Conference & Exhibition in Kuala Lumpur.

To ensure fairness to all finalists, the moderator will conclude the presentation when the presenter surpasses the allotted 12-minute time limit.
The idea behind the nomination is clear, with innovative use of technology to address a well-defined problem statement.
The project was well-executed and helped the organisation reap measurable benefits — cost savings, operational efficiency, revenue uplift.
There is a credible plan to develop the nomination further as part of the organisation's overall innovation strategy.

Each finalist is allocated up to 12 minutes, with a maximum of 18 slides. The moderator will conclude any presentation that exceeds the 12-minute limit to ensure fairness across finalists.
Yes — up to 2 presenters can present per finalist.
Yes, videos can be played during the presentation, as long as the total runtime stays within the 12-minute time limit.
No. There are no financial obligations for winning the award.
Award winners are notified on 25 June 2026, ahead of the Malaysia award presentation, following the review of written nominations and presentations by the final judging panel.
